Advancing Civil Liberties in Alberta.

The Rocky Mountain Civil Liberties Association is an Alberta organization based in Calgary founded to promote respect for and observance of fundamental human rights and civil liberties. Our work aims to defend and ensure the protection of individual rights, freedoms and liberties.

Some of the Civil Liberties Issues we will address are:

Fundamental Human Rights
Equality Rights and Respect for Diversity
Freedom of Expression
Freedom of Religion
Freedom of Association
Democratic Rights, Rule of Law and Legal Process
Access to Information and Protection of Privacy
Respect of Civil Liberties with respect to Immigration, Poverty, and other Issues.

At this time RMCLA cannot take on personal civil or legal issues.
