Cara Zwibel, Director, Fundamental Freedoms Program, Canadian Civil Liberties Association,
will speak about the rights associated with protest.

and

Bill Bruce, Director, Animal & Bylaw Services, City of Calgary
will comment on protests and bylaw considerations.

Audience discussion will follow both addresses.

This is a free public event.

A brown bag lunch will be provided for those who register.
